Chanel was great! Small chip in windshield which dealer agreed to fix. Car is great. Really like the service department as I previously owned a Murano which I had serviced there. Showed a code p0340 for camshaft sensor. Recommended replacing wiring meter assembly and if that didn’t work then replace camshaft sensor. Took to our mechanic who replaced camshaft sensor. There was an replacing wiring meter assembly and if that didn’t work then replace camshaft sensor. Took to our mechanic who replaced camshaft sensor. There was another code p0448 that has been in the system since 2014 that Nissan didn’t even tell us. So I was curious and asked our mechanic to read the codes and then clear them. The code p0448 was in the system. Next day the check engine light came on and it was for code p0448. Lost a customer from lack of trust. Technician Arin Gardner. Justin the service rep tried to get the technician to come to the desk, after 5 minutes I said never mind. More

I can not say enough about Chanel, such a sweet, kind, caring and knowledgeable lady. My trade in had memorial stickers for my Son and it was tough for me to leave them on the car. We were unable to peel caring and knowledgeable lady. My trade in had memorial stickers for my Son and it was tough for me to leave them on the car. We were unable to peel them off, unfortunately. Reasonable prices and great service. I was coming from Seattle area and needed to be back by specific time, and JR, Chanel and Thad did everything to make it happen.
