Tried several times to cancel dealership add-ons. Handed over a cashiers check that should have taken care of the balanced owed on the car less the dealership add-on. Told was too late the finance contract was paid out. 4weeks later received paperwork- regarding the add-ons and I doubt that the car will be eligible for any payout. Cashier check cleared bank Nov 27, 2024. Have yet to receive the refund owed.DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. They don't care about you. They don't care that they don't care. First warning sign they didn't have OEM charging cable. An EV sold without a cable! More
