Great Service and Hospitality Last week my husband and I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. We love it!! Our sales person was Andrea Estle we worked with our bank USAA that o Last week my husband and I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. We love it!! Our sales person was Andrea Estle we worked with our bank USAA that offers discounts through their car buying service.Andrea called us right away to verify all the specifications she had received then called back the same day. She had a few vehicles to choose from because they did not have what we wanted on the lot. We told her we wanted to discuss it and would call her back in the morning. She said she could send a driver out to pick it up that day and we could look at the vehicle the next day. We went to see it and it had everything we wanted. Andrea was very easy to work with she listened to what we wanted and got it for us. The other thing I liked about Andrea was that she did not just sell us the car and send us on our way. She conducted what she called “Ford School” helping us understand all the features and technology on the vehicle. For example she helped us pair our phones and set the key code on the door. Our experience was fantastic. Andrea answered all of our questions and if she was not sure she talked to someone who knew for sure. I would recommend Andrea Estle and the Ben Davis Dealership to everyone. More
