We first met with Marc who was very helpful when we came in looking at Honda Pilots. He was very thorough at showing us all the new features about which we wouldn't have thought to ask. We then worked with Scott because Marc was part time. Scott took excellent care of us. We were now looking at the CR-V and Scott answered all of our questions and then some. He was very patient as we ended up coming in several times. He was always very friendly and courteous and we actually enjoyed the experience, which is not very common when shopping for a new car. We felt very comfortable with Kirk and never experienced any pressure, as we have in the past from other dealers. To top it all off the car was delivered to our home in Albany and the informational get to know your new Honda was given to us in our driveway. That was the icing on the cake.
