You advised us to stop by -- that you'd ask a technician to check over the transmission. We stopped this morning and your technician pulled the transmission fluid dipstick and, yep, identified that burnt smell right away. We elected to have you flush it and replace it with new fluid -- you had to squeeze us into an already full schedule. So thank you all very much for being so accommodating and allowing us to continue our journeys with one less big worry! --mm / AJ / Moose the dog. More

Racist, xxxxxxxx, useless. Deeply disappointed with the service at this certain Honda establishment. I have never been given poor service at a certified Honda dealership although today took the cake. Some friends of mine who were visiting town accidentally dropped their keys to their CRV into the river and needed to get a spare made in order to return home. We visited this Honda dealership because they assured us over the phone that they would be able to help us. However when we got there we were greeted by an unfriendly man named Micah Martin who refused to make a key just because the name of the car was in her Father's name. Could obviously tell that these men were discriminating against her because she was a person of color because of the way they were watching and talking behind our backs. They then referred us to a local locksmith (Bend lock and safe) who were as helpful as could possibly be. Although after helping our friends get their spare made they informed us of a phone call that they received from THIS DEALERSHIP that told them not to make us a key because the car "wasn't ours" deaply dissatisfied. More
Great Experience for My Acura We were vacationing in Central Oregon and had a problem come up with our Acura MDX. We were very concerned about having to drive back to the Portland We were vacationing in Central Oregon and had a problem come up with our Acura MDX. We were very concerned about having to drive back to the Portland area for repairs given the mountain pass and lack of any services for most of the trip. Called Bend Honda and they said bring it in the next morning. Did so and started working with Ty - he was very professional, reassuring, and competent. The vehicle was fixed with a software upgrade and test driven by noon - and we were on our way. We could not have been happier with our experience - at a time when we really needed help. More
Poor customer service My complaint is in regards to the service department at Bend Honda. They are rude and do not return phone calls. They do not answer their phone, and I My complaint is in regards to the service department at Bend Honda. They are rude and do not return phone calls. They do not answer their phone, and I always get an answering machine and never talk to a person. I feel they have discriminated against me. If they do not fix this issue I am considering legal action against them Due to the fact this dealership has good reviews I believe the reason is discriminatory. More
Best experience with service over a lifetime We came to Bend Honda to do our first new-car lease in January 2015. I have been pleasantly surprised with every contact with this dealership. Service needed has been regular oil change, tire rotation and installation of body side moldings. I have never had a complete staff of sales and service so well coordinated. This is a great team! He is an exemplary service advisor and even better person. He remembers both my name and car, and is efficient and engaged. Ty converts "mechanic speak" so I can understand what the issues are. High energy, trust worthy, honest and very high character, as well as, extremely knowledgeable Honda should be extremely proud of Ty, he is a role model employee! More
Absolutely fantastic We developed an air conditioning problem while driving through the area and took our car into Bend Honda expecting expensive repairs and a lost day o We developed an air conditioning problem while driving through the area and took our car into Bend Honda expecting expensive repairs and a lost day of our trip. Not so! They analyzed the problem immediately, and took us right in. During the short wait we were able to catch up on our emails while taking advantage of their free wifi. We had a good laugh when told that they removed 2 mice from the AC motor, and that solved the problem. Then the good news - only 1 hour service cost. Got right back on the road. I repeat, Absolutely fantastic! More
