The finance guy ran my credit numerous times dropping my score, the sales people are con artist. The vehicle they em was trying to give me has been in an accident. Make sure you ask for a car fax. My husband and I went to look at a vehicle that was brought up from another Benji. We put a deposit down and was hoping to buy it. But once we saw the vehicle, the car wasn’t what was said. We could tell that it had some kind of damage to it, the driver side wheel well had some welding done to it, the hatch didn’t work at all. And they weren’t sure if it was mechanical or electrical. They wanted to charge an extra 2,000$ for a service that we didn’t even want, which was for the inside seats to be protected even though they already had scratches in them. And the middle console had a part missing at the bottom so if you stored change or anything small it would just fall through. For a high price we were expecting something in better shape. We decided to pass on it, since none of the damage was reported to us. And have been trying to get our deposit back as well. But it has just been a hassle and I definitely won’t go back for business nor will I refer any friends or family. This has been a very unpleasant experience with a very unprofessional company. More
