Do NOT purchase from this company! I bought a used car from them through CarGurus. They have thousands of dollars in “hidden fees” and DO NOT STAND BEHIND What they sell. In the FI I bought a used car from them through CarGurus. They have thousands of dollars in “hidden fees” and DO NOT STAND BEHIND What they sell. In the FIRST 6 days of ownership, my used car, that supposedly went through their “120 Point Inspection” broke down on the side of a busy road in Pensacola! Not only was I stranded on the side of the road; Stuck with A Steep tow fee to a local garage, “The Owner” of Benji Auto Sales, refused to refund me even a penny of the $1879 Repair Bill! (The alternator was bad and it needed a new battery) Yes, I understand it wasn’t ‘under warranty’ but Seriously?! I did not Even Drive around A Week and am hit with a Huge repair bill! I didn’t even have the title in the mail! (I paid them off with a wire transfer!) Shame On This Awful Company and Shame on the greedy owner who has NO morals and NO heart, Except to Unethically stuff “Benji’s” into His/Her own pockets!!! They have zero customer service and their motto is: “to xxxx with the little-nobody-folk!” 😡 Please, please use me as a cautionary tale! Take your hard earned money elsewhere! More
