I'm extremely disappointed in the runaround I'm getting regarding releasing my warranty. I've had an on and off fuel smell in my vehicle since purchase. The Service Manager Frank on 2 occassions claimed he regarding releasing my warranty. I've had an on and off fuel smell in my vehicle since purchase. The Service Manager Frank on 2 occassions claimed he could smell nothing. EVERYONE who's entered my vehicle smells it!. I took it to another Mercedes Service Center and they smelled it immediately. I purchased the extended Warranty but it's exclusive to Benji Auto sales....I was told all Frank has to do is call them and release the warranty so I can choose any service center to service my car. Frank has told me multiple times that he's called the warranty company, however they have zero record of him contacting them at all. This is bizarre and unprofessional and has soured my entire experience with the dealership More

They are so professional, friendly, really nice people! The place is great the cars are in a great condition, clean, smells so good. I have been there for a few hours looked around I was driving 2 cars and The place is great the cars are in a great condition, clean, smells so good.
