I just wanted to take a minute to thank Benji Auto Sales in West Park for a wonderful experience. I came to their lot looking for a specific car, and before I made it to the front door, Salesman Leo led me in West Park for a wonderful experience. I came to their lot looking for a specific car, and before I made it to the front door, Salesman Leo led me to the exact car in the exact color I was looking for! With the help of Finance Manager Eric Dent I was able to get out of a bad auto loan and into one with a much better interest rate for the car of my dreams. Service Manager Frank Diaz took over from there and went out of his way to take care of any and all final touches that were necessary, including a few I didn't even realize were needed! Overall, their friendly professionalism made buying a car a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend them. More

The car was fine but the initial salesman hid an safety warning by ignoring the message when I did the test drive & didn’t find the issue until after the car was purchased. The website states that the car has rear camera, and when I did the test drive I did not put the car in reverse because they put the car in a position where you don’t need to put reverse, so I did not realiz I did the test drive I did not put the car in reverse because they put the car in a position where you don’t need to put reverse, so I did not realize at that moment that the car did not have the camera. So, after buying the car, later in the day I noticed there was no camera, so I got in touch with the sales rep, who told me to bring the car to have the problem fixed. They made me go twice to the dealer, only to sit with a manager called Jesus, who simply said that the website had an error and that they would not put the camera, all the time blaming the website admin for the error, and not assuming their own error. There is a disclaimer at the bottom of the website, but to me, that is a lame excuse. More
