My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a. m., but it wasn’t taken in for service until 11:45. I understand delays & it’s not a big deal. Also, when my vehicle was returned, there was no pr m., but it wasn’t taken in for service until 11:45. I understand delays & it’s not a big deal. Also, when my vehicle was returned, there was no pricing for the oil change, so I had to wait for that information. When I entered my vehicle, I noticed immediately that there was no sticker to indicate the next service date & mileage. I also acknowledged the serviceman & thanked him when he was bringing the paperwork back to the office, but he did not even look @ me or acknowledge my presence. I feel that I should have been alerted firstly, for the delay in time. I Do appreciate your service & everyone in the office was very nice & friendly! Thank you! I will return. More
