I dropped my truck off the night before. I received a text message the following morning after 1030 stating the work was done. I arrived at 5 PM to pick up the truck. No one offered to show me how to use the bed cover, but a kind gentleman who works for the Honda side came outside with me to figure out how to open and secure the cover. There was no manual or documentation about the cover in my truck. I took one star off for lack of communication and not placing the documentation in my truck. More
