I was concerned about the 2 front tires as they were getting low on tread and John had them replaced with no problem. I picked up the car a week later and it was detailed in pristine condition. The only issue I had was when I went into the finance dept to sign the papers. The monthly payment agreed upon had gone up, but the situation was quickly rectified and changed back to the agreed amount. More

I have to say I'm so impressed by all that work there and hope that others can see what a great group that is there. Rick Duld, service advisor and Rob who is one of the managers in service sent Infiniti to my house and got everything fixed on my car immediately. The 2 men that came to my house to get everything squared away on my car treated me with great respect and came shortly after there shift had ended to help. That's simply outstanding. I've been to other dealerships over the years and without a doubt would recommend Bennett Infiniti to anyone. Not only are they great cars, but the staff alone makes you feel like you are safe as they are there to help at any time. My car car leasing experience in Bennett Infiniti was great from even before I stepped in the dealership. I came to the dealership and everyone was very nice and friendly from the first moment I got there. I test drove the car and was ready to sign the deal there was no pressure from anyone all threw out the all process and no switch and bait as far as the promised price. I had to go home unexpectedly before I could finish the deal so Brandon my salesman delivered the car to my home brought all the documents with him and we finished the deal in my house.
