I contacted Nick Rizzo directly to lease a 2013 G37x, and informed him I'd contacted other dealers and knew what was out there. Some people are turned off by this, but not Nick. He worked with me throughout the process to get to the point where it made the most sense for me to purchase get the G37 from Bennett, he really went the extra mile for me. Once I had agreed with Nick on the vehicle, I dealt primarily with Paul and Jeff. Unlike other dealerships, the two of them made actually signing the papers and getting the car an extremely enjoyable experience. Sometimes, you're stuck at the dealer for hours waiting. I went through the initial paperwork with Paul, agreed that I'd one back about 3 hours later and finish everything up. When I arrived, Jeff had the initial bunch of paperwork ready for me. I signed a few forms and Paul went over EVERY feature of the car with me. Nothing was missed. At that point, Jeff had generated the final paperwork. I signed a few papers and it was out to the lot with Paul, where my car was waiting, freshly shined and ready for me. Paul helped me associate my phone with the car both as a phone and bluetooth audio device, set the seat and store it in memory for the primary key, and visually went over all the features of the navigation system. Once I was done, I was briefly able to meet Andrew, who thanked me for my purchase in a very sincere way. I look forward to doing business with Bennett in the future! More
