A well oiled machine, from first contact, to follow up after the sale, and everything in between. I drove 100 miles to look at the car, it was getting close to closing time, but I was never rushed. The car was inside so I could look it over in the warm and not out in the snow. I quickly saw that the car was in the exact condition they described, fully serviced from tire rotation, to oil change, so it was dealing time. We treated each other with respect, and as gentlemen, reached a deal in less than a minute, shook hands, and it was done. Today, almost every dealership has a lobby with coffee and soda, cookies and pastries, and this dealership has all of these niceties, but they can never take the place of an honest, respectful person. This is a great way to conduct business, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a new or used car, that wants to be treated in this way. I will definitely return. More

I had a very pleasurable experience purchasing my new Infiniti. The people were friendly and took very good care of me from the second I stepped in the door. There was absolutely no pressure and no sleaz Infiniti. The people were friendly and took very good care of me from the second I stepped in the door.
