In 2021, I decided to buy a Toyota RAV4 Limited Hybrid. After visiting three dealerships, I returned to Bennett and ordered a RAV4. The service has been outstanding. I was fortunate to meet Jason Mandicott. He helped me to order a 2025 with my exact specifications. He kept me updated as to when the RAV4 was going to be delivered. Also, told me the papers I would need for the trade when the new one arrived. After the 2025 arrived, Jason explained the features of the new RAV4. He took extra time to show the new media system. Two days later Jason again gave me lessons on the media system. Also, Jason volunteered to set up my wife's phone at a later time. Thank you. More

My experience with Bennett Auto Group started on 3/28/25 regarding a RAV4 Hybrid. I inquired about it at 7:40 AM and received a call at 9:35 AM confirming it was available. I immediately called back, statin regarding a RAV4 Hybrid. I inquired about it at 7:40 AM and received a call at 9:35 AM confirming it was available. I immediately called back, stating I wanted to put a deposit on it. At 11:10 AM, I called again to reiterate that I wanted to secure it right away, as I was starting work at 1 PM. The next communication I received was from Jim Genoe at 3:23 PM, saying he needed information about my trade-in first. When I got home at 6:15 PM, I texted him the details and photos, along with a message: "Can you please ensure no one else places a deposit? I am going to turn down two other offers." His response: "We need to put a number on your trade." And then—nothing. At 8:04 AM the next morning, I texted again to put the deposit down. At 8:43 AM, he responded, "Sending photos to the used car manager." He then asked for more details and a copy of my driver’s license. I responded within a minute. One minute later, he replied: "I see someone put a deposit on it. Sorry about that." I asked why they didn’t take my deposit the day before. His response? "We were busy." I then requested to speak with the sales manager. Once again—silence. No call, no follow-up. I guess they would rather have me write this review than address the situation directly. Is this how Toyota dealerships are trained to treat customers, or is this just how Bennett Auto Group operates? Vote with your business. More
