Alex gave me the info about a certified RAV4. He understood that I was not going with a brand new car. Can you believe that I had the car purchased and serviced by 5:00 p.m.?! Alex was so patient in answering my concerns. His product knowledge, his relaxed manner, and his personality resulted in a great car with excellent safety features.
