As a full-time day mommy to a 2 year-old with another one on the way, I was in desperate need of a vehicle that would accommodate 2 rear-facing car se As a full-time day mommy to a 2 year-old with another one on the way, I was in desperate need of a vehicle that would accommodate 2 rear-facing car seats, a double stroller, and 2 large breed dogs all while staying within a lower budget. I started my car shopping experience on a Monday and by Wednesday I was ready to give up. Nothing was going as planned and all the salesman were either pushy or didn't listen to a word I was saying. Thankfully, I gave Thursday another shot and ended up having the best experience from start to finish! I was there to initially meet the Internet Sales personnel Evanne, with whom I had started my experience with on Wednesday via phone. She was polite, the phone conversation was fast and easy, and I respected the fact that until I was able to return her voicemail my cell phone was not being blown-up with calls and text messages about making an appointment to come in. When I first walked into the facility it was clean, everyone was well dressed and groomed, and I was immediately greeted with by a friendly smile and warm welcome. I met with Evanne briefly and she was well dressed, polite, and down-to-earth. From there I filled Connor in with why I was there while being open to other options as well. He immediately got everything started on my current car for a trade-in and got the keys ready to test drive the car I initially came in for. He was patient as my father inspected the car for me, engaging in light-hearted conversation while respecting our space. After the test drive we came inside to chat a bit; he guided my daughter to the play area and offered everyone something to drink. While waiting for Connor and the manager to run some numbers, I bounced between waiting at his desk and tending to my daughter in the playroom; all the staff we came into contact with on the floor were friendly and made sure we didn't need anything. The rest of the paperwork process was smooth and fairly fast. Everyone was on top of everything and I felt like there was no wasted time. When everything was said and done, Connor was polite and offered to assist in cleaning out my car. He hung out, entertaining my daughter and parents while I finished up. He was just a genuine guy who made this a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Thank you Evanne, Connor, and Sean for literally making this a great experience from start to finish! More

We purchased a 2015 Rav 4 in 12/2014 had every service completed at Bennett's streamlined service area and when it came time to trade that on in on a 2017 Rav 4, Bennett showed their appreciation to us with a great deal. Conner is an outstanding and professional salesperson and handled this deal very well. The sales managers and finance personnel are awesome and no one tried to strong arm us into anything we did not want or could not afford. Before shopping at Bennett, we had a very cautious and unnerving feel about car dealerships, due to some very harsh and and somewhat questionable sales tactics from another Local dealership. But Bennett showed us that all dealerships are not alike and there are some who have integrity in the way they do business. We plan on continuing this Bennett experience on into the future. More
