Asking and Receiving I had 2 very specific goals in mind when I visited Bennett Toyota. One to trade my small car with its standard transmission to an automatic. And the second goal was to reduce my monthly payment. I needed to achieve these goals. I have a personal history of becoming overwhelmed at car dealerships and not making the best deal for myself. I was determined to not let that happen this time. When I entered there was a group of young salesman eager to help customers and make sales. So I asked the question I think each person should ask, do you have a woman salesperson? And yes, indeed they did. Nabegha, or Nab, as she asked to be called, was and is the perfect salesperson for me. Nab knew her cars and was able to answer every question I asked. Also, she was able to answer my finance questions knowledgeably in a manner that was not condescending. Nab was patient as I drove 4 models. And each one required different financing as I was flirting with the idea of leasing, having been enticed into the dealership by their leasing specials. In the end, there were 2 possible models left to consider. Nab pretty much decided on a VW Jetta first, and boy, was she right. Having driven VW's in the earlier decades of my life, it felt perfect as soon as I sat in the car. I am deliciously happy with my new-to-me car. I would recommend this dealership for their professionalism and their patience in assisting their customers to purchase the car of their choice, and in my case, the car of my dreams. Late night purchase We were looking for a Ford Explorer with a couple options that we specifically wanted. We found one online at Bennett Toyota. We contacted them and drove an hour and 15 min to get there. We arrived at 8:15 and they closed at 9. We test drove the vehicle with Alex and liked everything about it. We got back to the dealership and Alex and the manager and finance manager got to work and got the deal done. We left with our new explorer at 11:15! They all did an awesome job and very low pressure situation. Would definitely recommend them! More
