No pressure at all to make a deal happen. Rachael Rzepiela was also awesome to deal with. I've been to other dealers that haven't had exactly what I was looking for and would try to sell me on something I wasn't really interested in. But as soon as I told Rachel what I wanted she insisted that they would try to locate it for me. I was looking for a Scion tC in black with a 6 speed manual transmission which at the time was kind of unfeasable considering they weren't even getting another shipment of tCs and other dealers were hanging onto the last couple of them they had. In the end it all worked out great after I went in to see a red release series tC that I completely fell in love with. Super happy with Bennett for their service and Rachael for her effort in making sure there was no way I was walking out of the dealership with any kind of remorse. If you like a certain model Toyota sells, don't hesitate to walk in and talk to Rachael. More

All these other dealerships were giving us numbers that were only good till the end of the day and I felt were trying to rush my decision. Then Jim Genoe our salesman talked to us, took us for a test drive and really explained everything. They got us coffee, took care of all the paperwork, financing, transfer tags, just everything was so easy, At the end of the day we are so happy with the way they treated us and the great deal we got at Bennett! I would highly recommend them and I know when I need a new car I'm going to give Jim a call! It really is the people who make the difference! All these places have cars on their lots, but it's the salespeople who connect and make the buyers want to come back! More
