Bennett Toyota of Allentown

I had a nice buying experience with Todd Fritz. I have bought several Toyota's from Bennett dating back 20 years. I have also purchased new Toyota's from a "couple" of other dealerships during thi I have bought several Toyota's from Bennett dating back 20 years. I have also purchased new Toyota's from a "couple" of other dealerships during this time. Bennett has always been my preferred dealership after the sale. There service department is experienced and has always solved any issues I have had. Dealership service departments tend to cost a "little" more than some non-dealership shops, but they get the job done right the first time. I would rather pay a little more upfront to get the job diagnosed correctly and repaired right. Now, back to the Sales experience... I met with Todd first to discuss my trade (2011 Highlander) and sale price. Initial offer seemed fair, but not exactly what I was looking for. I met with two other dealers (in addition to web research) and the last one gave me a price substantially lower. I was ready to do that deal the next day, when Todd called to see how I was doing. I mentioned I was closing the other deal in one hour and Todd said "let me see when I can do". Todd can back with a lower price and we closed the deal with Bennett (my preferred dealer). I feel Todd lobbied on my behalf to get the deal I wanted, on a car that was in demand. I drove off that day with my new 2016 Highlander. Very satisfied with the purchase. More
