Pleasant, Professional, and Pateint Dealership I was in the market for a minivan, and although I knew what I wanted (a minivan) I didn't know which type of minivan (Chrylser, Toyota, Nissan, etc.). Lorry Crohan was extremely pleasant on the phone. She was the person who responded to my internet inquiry. She scheduled my appointment and sent me a reminder email the day before. Bennett Toyota was my second dealership visit of the day. I was introduced to Nabegha Mouhrez and she was a professional and patient salesperson. Not at all pushy, which was nice. Like I said, I knew I wanted a minivan, but I didn't know which one. Nabegha took me for a test drive and was very polite and professional the entire time. I ended up liking the Sienna, however finding the right model took some time. Nabegha was so patient with me. Not once did she sigh or give me any indication I was wasting her time. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy a vehicle. However, after showing me ALL their options I decided to go ahead and purchase a Toyota Sienna. Andrew Perez and Nabegha were great with the negotiation process. Andrew was professional and courteous and listened to my concerns. After coming to a verbal agreement, I was able to take the Toyota Sienna home to my wife and kids to show them what I was going to buy, prior to actually buying it. I came back with some questions and concerns. Andrew and Nabegha helped me navigate through my questions and concerns and I was able to drive away with a car that I wasn't even thinking I could afford. Honestly, I am SOOOO pumped with my Toyota Sienna XLE Premium AWD. My kids absolutely LOVE the Sienna. They always want to go in "Daddy's car". This couldn't have been possible without Nabegha and Andrew from Bennett Toyota. They were so helpful and professional and fair. I look forward to dealing with them again. I really don't like having to buy a car and haggle with a dealership. However, this was my best experience ever in buying a car...or should I say minivan. :) More

A Dealership with Honesty and Heart I'm writing this review because of the positive experience I recently had with Bennett Toyota in Allentown, PA My daughter and others that I know b I'm writing this review because of the positive experience I recently had with Bennett Toyota in Allentown, PA My daughter and others that I know bought cars from Bennett Toyota, and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about their buying experience. The reason that I went to Bennett was to find information on a recent finding about my new truck that I bought nine months ago. I found out that my pickup truck had lost nearly 9,000 dollars in equity in that short period of time. Even though I was carrying all of that negative equity on my present loan, I wanted to see what I could find at Bennett Toyota. The initial sales person that I spoke with was busy helping another customer, so he directed me to Crystal Horninger, one of Bennett Toyota's product specialists. Crystal was very courteous and helpful, answering all of my questions with honesty and specificity. What moved me to work with Crystal was the fact that she did not come at me with company public relations BS, she was sincere, showed interest in my situation, and was genuine in her effort to help me. Her manager Alonzo was always there to assist her with anything that we needed done, and that kind of teamwork is truly refreshing to see in the climate that we live and work in. Bennett Toyota has a great team of knowledgeable and professional people, as well as thoughtful and considerate. And that's no BS! More

Great experience with Bennett After many phone calls and online searches with multiple Toyota dealers I happened upon Bennett (who by the way was the first to reply to my after hou After many phone calls and online searches with multiple Toyota dealers I happened upon Bennett (who by the way was the first to reply to my after hours email) and Lorry was super helpful in giving me the information I needed to make a decision on a Prius C. Bennett had the best price so we went to the dealership and met with Nabegha who was super friendly, helpful, professional and not an ounce of the pushy salesperson I often expect when car shopping. The end result is that within 2 hours we found the vehicle we wanted and drove home in it that day! Awesome dealership with super employees! And I can't say enough about the woman we met at the desk (so sorry I've forgotten her name) who was so kind to our autistic grandson who was rearranging their showroom signs hahaha. She helped make the time go faster by keeping us company and making our time in the showroom all the more pleasant. Will definitely stick with Bennett from now on. The Prius C got 56 mpg on the ride home to Lehighton from Allentown, but we still haven't retired our 2008 Prius with 350,000 miles on it. It'll be fun to see how far it goes! Thanks Nabegha! More
