The service technicians at this location are unaware of the parts they work with, I took my car, they had it for 30 minutes, and they determined that my mirror is aftermarket, I asked them repeatedly if an the parts they work with, I took my car, they had it for 30 minutes, and they determined that my mirror is aftermarket, I asked them repeatedly if an original part will work a non-original part of the car, they say yes t, good surprise in the moment of installation, it did not fit and they tell me that It is because it is aftermarket hello!!! and without takedown the piece they do not know if it works or not, how could it be that they have it for 30 minutes and the services did not takedo down the old glass and see? To determine if the original one could work!!! 2 appointments to not solve I imagine that a person with experience can evaluate and be more accurate and precise. More

After having a not real good situation at another local dealership, I decided to look at Bennet. Here I found a pleasant and friendly, relaxing atmosphere, friendly people, from sales to management. I went to Bennet Toyota to look and decide on a vehicle. Upon arriving there, found that a salesperson, we recognized, from another dealership at one time was busy. We waited. We waited for him and was greeted by another person, A J who was very friendly and accommodating with us until the other person Tony, was available. After discussing why we were there, we proceeded to look at a few vehicles and discuss them. Tony listened to any concerns and discussed them. Tony was GREAT to work with.
