We went into the lot to look at a new Prius, although I had not decided whether to buy my current car, lease a new one, or buy a new one. Chris then calmly explained my options and provided me some numbers for different scenarios. Even though it was the end of the month and incentives were about to expire, Chris applied no pressure for me to make a decision that evening, but he did give me enough information that within two days I was able to decide to buy a new Prius. Chris was very professional, yet friendly, throughout the entire process. He continues to followup after the sale to make sure I am satisfied with the car. For me the prospect of choosing and negotiating for a new car is not completely unlike a certain stage of root canal procedures that always include a moment when a stabbing pain courses through my cranium and out my ears. However, we lucked out in the sales person being Jeff Roberti. From his easygoing manner, through his knowledge of the product, to his willingness to work with the customer--not to mention a pleasing sense of humor--he is what most of us search for when we enter a car dealership: a pro who sets the customer thoroughly at ease. This is the third Corolla we've bought from Bennett, and is the best buying experience we've had ... and this review is coming from a senior who has literally experienced good, bad and pretty ugly! I had been told in the past by a friend that Bennett was the place to go for a Toyota. He gets all his vehicles here. I have 2 dealerships in my backyard but took the chance and drove an hour to check it out. So glad I did. I am so thrilled to have a truck again. And Tundra to boot!! More

I was in need of a new vehicle badly, but unfortunately due to a recent divorce I had some hesitation with possible credit issues so I was out with a I was in need of a new vehicle badly, but unfortunately due to a recent divorce I had some hesitation with possible credit issues so I was out with a friend driving the lot "just looking" when Gene approached us and after I explained my situation, was not "scared off" but took his time and assisted me with the vehicle I had chosen (a 2009 TOYOTA TACOMA). I wound up leaving the dealership that day, with a payment I could afford and a vehicle I can rely on. Every person I dealt with there (sorry don't remember all the names) were very friendly and helpful. They are now my dealership for life. More
