Once at the dealership we were placed in the very capable hands of Adrian who was completely aware of our arrangements with Lorry and answered every question we had without having to seek out help. He's a very thorough and knowledgable young man. The professionalism and accommodating atmosphere was a welcomed change from past experiences. Games were never played trying to "up-sell" us gimmicky options. We were treated as the intelligent consumers that we are. In less than 2 hours Adrian had me driving off my son's new 2015 Scion TC.
