We did feel we were expected to wait too often and were left alone frequently for long periods of time once the deal had been concluded. Overall, the process of taking delivery took too long. It was a pleasure working with Tom in those areas of the purchasing experience over which he has control and we highly recommend him. Very Satisfied Experience at Bennett Toyota! I went to Bennett Toyota to 'explore' my options with a newer vehicle. Little did I know I would be driving away in a brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla. He was able to find a vehicle that more than suited my needs and wants and better yet, he got this vehicle to a price that also suited my budget.
