She was very knowledgeable and easy going throughout the whole process. I was actually looking to buy new 2014 Prius II and end up with 2015 Prius III. All the credit goes to our sales rep Seana to make this happened. We got there around 7:30pm and we were home with new car by 9pm. They offered us very reasonable price and financing. It has been more than a week since we bought the car and they already followed up by e-mail, phone and mail for any issues or assistant that we need. We are very happy with the car and the service!
