Today vs Yesterday Many years ago when I bought my first car, the process was simple. Bring your 3 bucks downtown, get a plate,hang it on your car, and you're done. Today the process is complex and requires many more steps. There are credit checks, insurance requirements, mileage certifications,powers of attorney in the transfer of titles, etc. all of which require much paperwork, attention to detail as well as numerous signatures, 12 in all. These functions were handled so efficiently by the staff which is needed in the modern world that acquiring a new vehicle was made easy followed by a great piece of merchandise that was delivered in pristine condition. I found a competent, highly qualified staff which handled the myriad of details easily and accurately. Bennett has it all ! Am I prejudiced ? Yes, This was the 5th vehicle I have purchased from them. It has always been the same through the several years. They rate a resounding, "Atta Boy". If I outlive my new vehicle, I will probably visit them again. More

BTW I went to a lot of dealerships before Bennett they were all the same high pressure insincere, and disingenuous. What is on the Web is not what you find on the window sticke The information on the web is not accurate when you go looking at cars. We looked at a 2013 Toyota Camry. On the web, stated fully loaded, sunroof, 3 The information on the web is not accurate when you go looking at cars. We looked at a 2013 Toyota Camry. On the web, stated fully loaded, sunroof, 3.0l engine, no scratches on the paint, etc. When we go there, we where surprised there was no sunroof, not fully loaded, scratches on the paint. The grill was cracked. The engine was only a 2.5. If this is certified pre-owned vehicles, somebody must be blind. We went to another dealership down the road to look at certified pre-owned vehicles. Not a dent or scratch on the paint. The window sticker was exactly what was listed on the web. Nobody came out to help us after we walked around the lot looking at other cars for 15 minutes. Very disappointing. I had brought my previous Toyota from them and was satisfied. I feel the representation of the cars is much to be desired now. More

He listened to my wants and needs and understood the urgency of my situation without taking advantage of it. We test drove one car that was "nice" , but not exactly what I was looking for to replace my old car (which I loved). He then showed me a car that had all the features I wanted, but seemed out of my price range. He and the finance person ( I think her name was Heather) worked diligently to find a way to get the payments to where I could afford them. I picked up my 2007 Camry on Friday and couldn't be happier! More
