Andrew went out of his way to search and try to locate the Tacoma that we wanted, he was not able to, so he ordered exactly what we wanted. Andrew stayed in close contact with us, on the progress of our entire order process . When the truck was in transit, he would give us updates. When truck came in this past week, everything went so smoothly. It was the best auto purchase experience ever. The price and the interest rate was definitely the key factors. Everyone from Bennett, was extremely helpful and courteous. Andrew met us at the dealership on his day off, because that was the day that Randy could get off work that week. The entire process was exceptional, we have been telling everyone about Bennett Toyota, it was definitely worth the 3 hour drive, and we will be return customers. The paperwork was almost complete when we arrived, I gave Andrew all of our information in December. We just had to sign a few documents with the Finance Manager, he was very nice. He went over all the the extended warranty information. The truck looked amazing, it was inside (in the warm showroom) for us to examine, prior to pickup. Andrew took his time, he went over the entire truck, showed us all the accessories, and even parred Randy's phone to the truck. He put our new license plate on, and even called our insurance company to update our policy to our new truck, and printed our new insurance card. We were so impressed. Came in to purchase a car, due to an accident that left me without one. Sean assisted you, he was patient with me wobbling due to my back injury. He then recommended I test drive a Corolla and was more comfortable with the smaller car as expected because my other car was also a Corolla. I decided to buy the 2014 Corolla LE Premium. I have never dealt with Bennett Toyota before. When I arrived at the dealership I was able to view the cars that I wanted to see without any salesman hassling me. She asked me if I needed any help and I said "yes, I was interested in talking to a salesman about a car on the lot". She then introduced me to Marcos Rivera. He was a very genuine, courteous, professional person. He answered all the questions I had and made me feel at home and his answers were all honest. He even showed me the car fax which declared all his answers as being honest. He knew how to treat me right. He demonstrated every aspect of the car I was interested in and then more. I was hooked on the SUV the minute I saw it, but now he had my complete attention and I wanted to show it to my wife for her approval. When we both came back to the dealership approx. three hours later, Marcos was available without having to hunt him down or wait for other customers to be done with him. He was prepared for us and was able to demonstrate the car to my wife and allowed us to test drive the SUV , asap. He informed me of what information I needed ahead of time, so the formal paperwork and preparations would go quickly and efficiently. Everything went very well and quick and before you know it, we were driving off the lot with a Great SUV at a Great price, with Great customer service and feeling appreciated. I went into Bennett Toyota just looking to start my car buying process at 6:30pm. I was not sure exactly what I had wanted or what was even on the lot. I had walked in and was approached by Sean. We went into further looking into the Mazda 3 that had caught my eye. We had taken it for a test drive and I really liked it. So we went inside and started filling out the paperwork and get everything started. By 9:30 I had left the lot with the car. I really appreciated how Sean handled the whole buying process. He was very helpful in any questions I had. I would definitely refer Bennette Toyota as a business, and Sean personally as the salesman to anyone. More

I worked with Emmie Pilz ov to my home, I chose to buy from Bennett because of its reputation for good customer service and ethical sales practices. I worked with Emmie Pilz over the internet and telephone in negotiating the cost of my vehicle and then worked with Marcos Rivera at the dealership. Emmie initially quoted me one price over the telephone which I was prepared to accept the next day after doing some research. However, the evening following my initial phone call she sent me an email with a quote for more than we had discussed. When I followed up with her about the differences in the price she acknowledged the differences, apologized and quickly worked with me to reach a sales price that I believe was fair for both the dealership (i.e., it obtained a reasonable profit) and me (i.e., I didn't feel like I was exploited). When I went to pick up the vehicle I met Marcos and he was professional in his presentation, knowledgeable about the vehicle (a hybrid), and very friendly. In the three weeks since I purchased the vehicle, Toyota Bennett has contacted me twice to make sure that I'm satisfied with the vehicle. From my experience, Toyota Bennett has certainly lived up to its reputation. More
