I emailed the dealer requesting a price on a specific vehicle showing in stock on the website. Response from Katlyn at 1:15 pm was "great choice on the 2022 Toyota RAV4! Will this be an addition to you vehicle showing in stock on the website. Response from Katlyn at 1:15 pm was "great choice on the 2022 Toyota RAV4! Will this be an addition to your current line-up, or do you have a vehicle you are looking to trade?" I wrote back with the VIN# asking if the vehicle was in stock and if so what the price was. Katlyn responded at 2:32 pm "unfortunately the Rav4 hybrid you inquired about is not available." This after Katlyn stated that "we look forward to providing you with a world class experience!" Katlyn could simply have told me in her first response that the vehicle was not available but she chose not to, hoping to lure me into the showroom. More

I got the car more than a month earlier than promised and when I arrived at Bennett, my vehicle was ready, everything I ordered was in place and there were no unpleasant surprises. No games or dishonesty here. Joe was friendly, courteous and knowledgable and helped me set up the Toyota app and showed me the safety features and functions inside of my new RAV4 making sure I was ready to drive off safely.
