Just bought a new 2022 Rave 4 from Manoj Godika form Bennett Toyota. He knew exactly what I wanted and got me my car in a timely manner. The buying experience was satisfactory. The salesman did make a mistake and have me send my VA letter to a erroneous email. The picking up my new vehicle, and customer satisfaction after the sale not so much. Upon pick up the vehicle had a dent in the roof and large scratch in the passenger door. Their were 2 large imperfections in the paint on the hood as well the roof. I brought the vehicle back and they did manage to get the dent and the scratches out of the door after 2 attempts. Brand new vehicle should not have either of these issues and if they do, make sure customer does not have to deal with your oversight. Hence my 3 star rating. Today's shopping for a new vehicle is cumbersome and patience not quite sure I would buy another vehicle from this delearship. Kinda of 50/50 on my experience. I recently bought a 2021 Rav4 from Krause Toyota and my experience was much better and vehicle was immaculate upon pick up. More

This was our second time buying a vehicle at Bennett Toyota. I really didn’t want to trade in my vehicle but due to certain circumstances, it was for the best. Our sales man, Chris Fiorot, knew how much Toyota. I really didn’t want to trade in my vehicle but due to certain circumstances, it was for the best. Our sales man, Chris Fiorot, knew how much I wanted to keep my car or stay in a RAV4. They didn’t have any new RAV4’s due to the chip shortage which is so annoying. (No fault of their own) And there was nothing I really cared for. I’m extremely picky and wasn’t going to settle. My husband and I were about to give up and deal with our situation for another couple months, but Chris brought up a RAV4 Hybrid that someone else was test driving. It was older than mine, and didn’t have all of my features mine did, but less miles. As soon as I got in to test drive I knew it was the one. I drive for work and I didn’t want to feel like I was downgrading, so the biggest plus was it was a hybrid. I bought it almost a week ago and I have yet to fill it up with gas. So MAJOR plus! Chris never made me feel pressured or tried sell me on anything I didn’t want. He was patient with me, super kind, and respectful in how whiney I was about trading in my car. I was SUPER whiney. There is a Toyota dealer approximately 3 minutes down the road from my house, but my experiences with Bennett keep bringing me back! More
