I have to post this, I was buried in the lease on my 2020 Camry, so I called up the sales people and ask them if I can get out of the lease? They didn't really know what to do with it or if we even had any options. So the next thing we did was call Mr. Rob Bennett. I explained to him what my situation was and that I was buried in a new lease, We were not happy with the vehicle, it was not a good fit for us.. He told us give him a few hours and he would call us back when he figures something out so Mr. Bennett called us back at around 7:00 p.m. on Thursday evening and said, come down to the dealership Saturday morning and pick out the RAV4 that you want. I will put you in it for the same Monthly payment that you're paying on the lease. I want you in a vehicle that you like, and he thanked me for giving him the opportunity to make things right. I'm sorry this is so long but I need to share this because you don't see this in our world today. Mr Bennett went out of his way to help me out of a vehicle that didn't work for us. I've owned it for five months and he put me into something that I really like!! WHEN and WHERE did you ever hear or see of customer service like that?? I will recommend Bennett Toyota to everyone and anyone that would want to listen to me! the nicest people and the best deal.
