I just want to write a review of my experience when leasing a new 2021 Highlander. From my initial contact with them, it was totally professional and hassle free. Kathleen, the salesperson, was easy leasing a new 2021 Highlander. From my initial contact with them, it was totally professional and hassle free. Kathleen, the salesperson, was easy to talk to, didn't try to "sell me", and listened to what I wanted/needed. She only asked that I give them a chance to beat the best offer that I receive before I go with another dealer. Their first offer was already pretty good, but I negotiated a better price from another dealer, so I went to Kathleen and she beat it. This was all done from home, she didn't pressure me to "come in to test drive or talk about the car". When I went in to sign the papers once we had a deal, the whole process took about 45 minutes. I did the credit application online the night before, and I had my insurance updated. They moved the license plate from my old leased car that I turned in to the new car, I signed the paperwork and contract, we exchanged keys, and I was on my way home. Very easy. This is my 6th straight Toyota lease and this was the quickest and easiest. I recommend this dealership. More
