I went in to purchase a brand new 2021 Toyota RAV 4, and I had a really pleasant experience. My salesman was yordan who took care of me and my family right away, and despite covid, kept asking us if we’d li I had a really pleasant experience. He was upfront and honest about all pricing from the beginning so we knew what we were getting ourselves into. Going into a dealership can be tricky sometimes because you might need a document you didn’t remember, but yordan makes it work. He allowed for us to find other ways to access documents and paperwork, which did take a while haha but we got it done. I love my new car so far, it’s terrific and the new car smell is still in it. Keep in mind, I am a student and typically I’ve heard horror stories of dealerships taking advantage of students but not this one, and I am great full. I am recommending this dealership to all my friends and family and this salesman! More
