I have always felt that I was respected as a customer. My visit to purchase a used RAV4 was terrible. I dislike the game of what is/was my car’s worth. When a salesman tells me that my Tacoma is needed; one visit to purchase a used RAV4 was terrible. I dislike the game of what is/was my car’s worth. When a salesman tells me that my Tacoma is needed; one would expect a reasonable offer. However, being offered 25% below Kelly Blue Book was not a good start. I was a serious buyer and the fact that I bought a RAV4 from a different dealership the same afternoon provided it. BTW, their initial offer was what the KBB indicated what I should get. You lost a long time service customer, one who drove over an hour to your dealership More
