What a horrible experience. Traded in my car, which i had detailed and paint blemishes on bumper fixed just to make sure i was trading a great car... I purchased a certified toyota 4runner before it had gone detailed and paint blemishes on bumper fixed just to make sure i was trading a great car... I purchased a certified toyota 4runner before it had gone through their reconditioning only because they assured me all would be taken care of when i bring it back. Next week to have that done. Then i bring it back and they basically did a courtesy wash and nothing else. I have tried keeping in contact with Owner, his general manger, the sales guy and the used car manager (who had his own very disrespectful moment with me when i asked him why most of the things werent addressed) to no avail. Just as covid19 hit i was told by general manager that they are closed due to covid and it will all be taken care of as a top priority when they open back up. I have since sent a handful of emails to owner and general manager and they will not return my emails. Certified 2015 4runner with under 50k miles on it and its makes all kinds of noises, ac blower is super loud, drivers seat bolster is horribly uncomfortable (made worse cosmetically and funtionally when they tried to fix it) paint blemishes all over exterior of car and interior. The AC system air smells like vinegar for the 1st minute of turning it on, the wheels all have heavy oxidation or some.kind of chemical damage on the finish... What a horrible experience. For anyone looking to buy used, i wouldnt trust this place to handle ANYTHING for you. I'm in the process of reaching out to toyota corporate to see if there is anything they can do since the dealership certified the car. DON'T DEAL WITH BENNETT TOYOTA.... spare yourselves the trouble. Dishonest at best. More
