Alex was very patient with my decision and stayed a few hours after closing to finish up the deal and paperwork. Before, during and after the test drive, Alex was really informative about the car and any w hours after closing to finish up the deal and paperwork. The only downfall I noticed at this dealership was the finance manager Rich who seemed to be on edge when I wanted to have my credit be sent to a different bank to see their interest rate (this caused him to "work backwards". Yes it was late but do your job and dont get all fed up and show it to customers as this almost ruined the sale for bennett toyota). Once he came back to earth he started talking normal and got through the paperwork fairly quickly. Then the service team "cleaned" my car out and the next morning I took notice during the daylight that it wasn't cleaned. I paid for the Bennett shield and almost was ripped off if I didn't call to get my car cleaned the right way when someone buys a car. However, in the end I am very happy with my Rav4 purchase and it's all cleaned up now. Thank you Alex! More
