We spoke with Joe Colon ( product specialist ) Joe was personable and professional even when I told him up front I probably wasn’t ready to purchase. He spent time with us test driving and explaining all the available models and equipment. Little did I know I was probably more ready than I thought. Surprisingly good experience. Visited the store two weeks prior to buying and was met by Manoj Godika. I realized a Tacoma was impractical for the intended use. Manoj called me back, as we agreed, a week later with some options in the Camry model. Note he did not call me a million times and pester, he was perfectly professional. I arrived 15 mins late for the appointment, but Manoj had already pulled up a few cars we had discussed. Finally settled on the right car, the process was flawless. Andy Gillespie negotiated in good faith and was professional and a fair negotiator. Extremely Easy After having done my research and deciding on a RAV4, I selected a few online in which I was interested, and within hours I received a an email form a After having done my research and deciding on a RAV4, I selected a few online in which I was interested, and within hours I received a an email form a rep at Bennett. The next day I received a voicemail as well. A few days later, when I was ready to begin the final stage of my hunt for a new vehicle, I called Darlin at Bennett. She was polite, professional, and very flexible in dealing with me and setting up a time for me to come in to the dealership. I worked with Chris Fiorot at Bennett. He answered all my questions, explained each step of the process, allowed me to drive pretty much wherever I chose, and in general was patient with me as I hemmed and hawed about pulling the trigger and finally buying the RAV4. He was also extremely helpful in helping me set up the new insurance, and he gave me a few tech tips in setting up some of the "bells and whistles." Overall, Chris was great from start to finish, and made the whole car buying process smooth, easy experience. More
