Our car was the first Rav4Hybrid 2019 that this dealership sold and even they hadn't seen one until ours. So we all had a learning experience. But Joe helped us get set up, answered all our questions, took care of our concerns, and is still there for us if we have more. The car drives like a dream, is a beautiful pearl red color, has plenty of room, all the amenities we wanted are there.
