This was the first time we were looking to lease a car and they didn’t try to push us in another direction or steer far from what we were comfortable with. This was the most pain/hassle free experience we’ve ever experienced at a car dealer and we were in and out in less than 3 hours from the minute we walked in the door! Our car was the first Rav4Hybrid 2019 that this dealership sold and even they hadn't seen one until ours. So we all had a learning experience. But Joe helped us get set up, answered all our questions, took care of our concerns, and is still there for us if we have more. The car drives like a dream, is a beautiful pearl red color, has plenty of room, all the amenities we wanted are there.
