Used car purchase I began my search for a new car online. I found the perfect choice on the Bennett Toyota website. I applied using the preapproval tool on the website. Within minutes I heard back from Ana Diaz, the internet Sales manager. She was extremely helpful, providing me with additional information about the vehicle. I told her that I would be at Bennett toyota that day between 4:30-5:00. She also told me a sales person would contact me to answer any more questions I had. Soon after, salesman John Borchert contacted me to say that the vehicle would be outside waiting for me when I arrived later. When I arrived, I met with John right away. We took the Jeep for a drive, then we talked about pricing, features and my trade in. John was excellent and very efficient from start to finish. I appreciated that before I left, John helped me to hook up my blue tooth and took the time to show me the lights, windshield wipers etc. While waiting for the financial part to be completed, the manager also stopped by to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Everyone I came in contact from start to finish was amazing, helpful and personable. More
