Sold vehicle out from under me I can't believe they sold the truck out from under me. I found a truck online yesterday and contacted the internet sales department to get an out the I can't believe they sold the truck out from under me. I found a truck online yesterday and contacted the internet sales department to get an out the door price less some discount they offered from a coupon code I received on line which they wouldn't share with me. I then proceeded to complete a credit application and they let me have my credit pulled 4 times to secure financing. I received approval from USAA last night for 3.49% which was ~2% better than the rate they quoted me. Also, I asked for a quote in writing first thing this morning to make sure the collateral value was ok with USAA. I waited for over 2 hours then received a text saying the truck was sold. Needless to say I am very disappointed with my experience with this dealership. More
