Malik was amazing! We were looking for a new vehicle and decided to look at a Hyundai Palisade. Malik knows his vehicles! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the many many features! He didn't say a word when I was test driving and possibly exceeded the speed limit by a lot. 😳 As we were going over sale items and Benson Hyundai taking our trade-in.... Malik was AMAZING going back and forth to get everything we needed from management. He had our vehicle re-washed because he saw a few smudges after their initial detail job. (I didn't even see them🤷‍♀️) Hyundai's are amazing vehicles! The Palisade is over the top extra💗 One last thing to mention... so because there's a large demand for these Palisades... the company (not Benson) has added an extra fee of sorts... meaning the price increased. Sooooo, Benson added a four year car plan to our vehicle! Yessssss it sucks what Hyundai has done, secondary to supply and demand, BUT Benson made it right!!! Thank you Benson Hyundai for having our perfect vehicle! Thank you Malik for making the sale and trade in easy peasy!! Ohhhhh and the finance guy Sidney! He was awesome too!!! More

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to purchase my first new vehicle here after rigorous searching. Also I was able to trade in my old vehicle with 24% interest rate and finance to less to purchase my first new vehicle here after rigorous searching. Daryl Turner was our automotive specialist and he did an excellent job of introducing us to the Kona Ultimate, explaining many of the cars features in response to all our questions regarding accessories and excellent job of introducing us to the Kona Ultimate, explaining many of the cars features in response to all our questions regarding accessories and performance, the financing and went with us on a test drive. We enjoyed his availability to go with us on the test drive because we could ask him questions about the car while actually on the road. He had the answers!
