I brought it back and they told me there was no problem when they drove it. I insisted they drive it again. The “Service Manager,” Vance, claimed to have driven it himself and felt nothing. Everyone else (friends, family, and several other transmission shops) who drove the car could immediately feel the issue. I had to bring my car back to a dealership because of a recall notice and now they say I need a $5000 new transmission but “there was no problem before.” I’m assuming they lied about the problem initially because they caused it and did not want want to repair it. But regardless of the reason, they lied, and my car (my livelihood) suffered for it. More
