Service person was very nice and helpful. Poor service - strike three this is my third poor experience with the service dept.....the second time that I made a morning appointment for a simple oil change/tire rotation ser this is my third poor experience with the service dept.....the second time that I made a morning appointment for a simple oil change/tire rotation service and the appointment was not fulfilled. The first time the car was there for approx 8 hours and was not serviced due to "paperwork being lost". This second time the vehicle was there for over 6 hours for service that realistically takes 30-45 minutes. Appointments mean absolutely nothing when you leave the vehicle....they think they have all day and can keep bumping you down the line. Both of these times, I called to check the status before going to pick the vehicle up and had to leave a message. I waited 1.5 hours for a call back with an answer before finally having to go due to the fact I needed to pick daughter up at school. Again, the car had been there 6 hours. The third issue was when I took the wife's car in and the service actually was performed, but when I got home I notice grease on the side of door. I then started looking closer and found other grease smears on the car and a scratch on the fender. The first, lost paperwork, could be over looked once, the sloppy job (grease smears/scratch) was on an older car (although a nice car) that I let go after reporting to the manager, but after this third strike of not getting service done in 6 hours, Im done. It shows a trend and I should have seen it way before three chances. Do not recommend Bentley's service dept., but if you chance it, be sure to set a finish time and definitely look it over closely. More
