Service completed satisfactorily. I purchased this Cadillac (2014 CTS previously owned with a little over 20,000 miles on it. I received several notices to take it in for service; on I purchased this Cadillac (2014 CTS previously owned with a little over 20,000 miles on it. I received several notices to take it in for service; on 9 May, notice appeared in dash cluster to take in for service. I called Bentley and got an appointment. Mr. Cecil Staggs was the Service Rep I dealt with. He was extremely nice, pleasant, and professional. More
