I found a car that I loved at another dealership owned by Bently and Steven showed me issues with the car that I would have never realized without his special trained eye. I did not want a car that had all the bells and whistles, but I was very specific about certain features. Steven listened to me and found what I needed and never once tried to oversale me on additional options that were not important to me. He was never pushy, never talked down to me because I was a women shopping by myself and spent ample time with me looking for just the right car.
