My Palisade was due for its first servicing this month and I made an appointment for 7:30 on 12/22. Despite not having bought my vehicle at Bentley, I was aware of their excellent service reputation. I arrived at 7:15, and was promptly greeted and introduced to Doug who was my assigned Service Advisor. Doug was courteous, efficient and professional. A few minutes later, the Palisade was driven to the service bay. Forty five minutes later I was being checked out after the required services were complete.
