Ok here is the scoop we have had trouble getting our 18 Santa Fe ac fixed. First they said it was overcharged and they evacuated it to “factory”. In 2-3 weeks it freezes up again. Cary the “service manager” I use this term loosely because all he managed to was keep our car for 10 days then calls us after our inquiries to tell us it would be 2 more weeks. So yesterday 8/31/21 I’m to take the car back. This is the 4th time mind you. If it is fixed he is batting 25% now. We get a call from Lori our service person (she actually has tried to keep us taken care of) telling us our car is ready. Now Cary’s whole excuse for not fixing our car was it will take 2 days. It took less than 8. His reasoning for being mistaken? He didn’t know what year our car was??? Either he doesn’t care or is too dumb to do his job. Lori our tech is trying just has a slug up the chain. More
I used the Hyundai website to determine what the standard maintenance prices were for 22.5 K mile and 30 K mile service. At the 30 K mile service on 6/8/2021 the web price was $165.79 and the actual price a maintenance prices were for 22.5 K mile and 30 K mile service. At the 30 K mile service on 6/8/2021 the web price was $165.79 and the actual price at Bentley was $760.42. The Bentley 30 K service included Transmission power flush for $240 (the Owners Manual for this car states: No check, No service required, and for Severe Usage: Every 60,000 miles), Cooling system flush $150 (the Owners Manual for this car states: Replace at 120,000 miles or 10 years), Fuel Injection system service $145 (not listed in the Owners Manual for this car). I am fine with these additional services if they will actually improve the longevity of my car, but the manufacturer does not require them. Are they really helpful or do they just generate more money for the dealership? More

My Palisade was due for its first servicing this month and I made an appointment for 7:30 on 12/22. Despite not having bought my vehicle at Bentley, I was aware of their excellent service reputation. I arrived at 7:15, and was promptly greeted and introduced to Doug who was my assigned Service Advisor. Doug was courteous, efficient and professional. A few minutes later, the Palisade was driven to the service bay. Forty five minutes later I was being checked out after the required services were complete. Bentley certainly met and exceeded their reputation. Thank you and Merry Christmas to the Bentley team! More
I got my first oil change on a new car complimentary service, only took about an hour.Also received a Multipoint vehicle inspection. Nathan Sockwell is most friendly, courteous, and helpful. I have owned 3 Sonatas and 1 Elantra. With the possible exception of batteries and tires, no mechanic outside of Bentley’s is allowed to touch my car. The vehicles have been excellent and most reliable. In 18: years I have always gotten my vehicle completed in LT 4 hours , never had to worry about lunch. With a new Ford in the 1990’s i received 6 occasions of car rentals : 3 of which I paid and 3 other rentals paid by the other dealer. More
Horrible!! This dealership employs racists people who call the police on anyone that has an issue, or voices concern over their practices. If you have an accent, or if you 'don't sound like a 'traditional American on the phone, they treat you in a very rude manner. I have issued a formal complaint about this dealership, and the owner should truly be ashamed of himself, because that dealership stays open due to the many minorities that buy cars there. PLEASE, if you are a minority, purchase your vehicle elsewhere. NO ONE has a right to be treated that way. You have a choice where to spend your hard earned money, do NOT spend it at a place that disrespects you. Take my word, GO ELSEWHERE!!! More
Stay away from Hyundai I am extremely disappointed by the way Hyundai USA and Bentley Hyundai decided to handle my handsfree case. This issue was present since day 1 of us I am extremely disappointed by the way Hyundai USA and Bentley Hyundai decided to handle my handsfree case. This issue was present since day 1 of us purchasing the vehicle in 2017. I spent a lot of my time at home and away from work troubleshooting and sending several audio recordings to the company and have been able to re-produce the issue with every single phone call, however the dealership kept the vehicle for several hours and returned it back stating "we don't see a problem". I purchased a new phone, and switched 3 different carries, however the problem never went away. I am extremely saddened by Hyundai's lack of ownership of the issue. The least Hyundai could do is try to replace the radio or the microphone to eliminate the issue, instead Hyundai decided to close the case. However, after this experience, I will be taking my business to a company that stands behind their customers. It is such a shame for the entire Hyundai team that they won't stand behind the customer and fix something that is still under warranty. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Bentley Hyundai and the Hyundai Brand. More
