Within minutes following my email to the dealer's general mailbox inquiring about a 2017 Jaguar F-Type S Coupe, I received a text from Pavlo Palatsidis. In the text he very professionally introduced himsel mailbox inquiring about a 2017 Jaguar F-Type S Coupe, I received a text from Pavlo Palatsidis. In the text he very professionally introduced himself as being with Bentley Jacksonville, and let me know he was in receipt of my email inquiry and advised he would call me promptly. He did, in fact, call me within minutes. Significantly different than what I was accustomed to when initially speaking with any automobile sales person and to my very pleasant surprise, he did not rush through my exhaustive questions about that particular vehicle and multiple questions as to how that model and year compared to other F-Type versions, as well as other comparable various automobile makes and models. Keep in mind that I am an attorney with over 30 years of litigation experience and although unintentionally, I just naturally "cross-examined" this extremely pleasant and patient young man. I was very impressed with the utmost professional manner in which he fully addressed all of my questions and concerns for close to an hour. This lengthy and detailed dialogue with me typically causes even the most well intentioned sales person to become "burned out" by me and always noticeably becoming at least a bit edgy. This ad nauseam dialogue characteristic of mine, has always previously led any car sales person to make several attempts to cut me off and overtly pressure me to commit to a time that same day to come to their dealership. Although, Pavlo did not expressly make these requests and noticeably apply this pressure, this demonstration of his very pleasant and patient manner won me over and I actually expressed to him I would like to come see the car that same afternoon. His good character which I could easily glean based on the just my initial phone conversation with him, instilled confidence in me that Pavlo was very honest, forthright, candid and it would be a very pleasant experience with him in person at the dealership. This proved very true given that Pavlo, as promised already had the car parked out front when I arrived at the agreed upon time. Again, once there in person he very professionally showed me the vehicle and was clearly knowledgeable about the vehicle. Of course, he offered me to take it on a test drive with him and during it he pointed out more details about the car and its performance with a very personal approach which clearly impressed me as his true nature and character versus just an act to make the sale. Pavlo consistently demonstrated this same character through the eventual purchase of the car as well as subsequent to my purchase, providing more information and ensuring I am pleased with the vehicle. I am a firm believer this "exceptional character" cannot be taught, but rather you either have it or not. I believe it is very important to mention that after I decided to purchase this vehicle and advised him, I ran into unforeseen delays over the next two days on my end with having my financial advisor wire the down payment to the dealership. Most salespeople, his managers, as well as myself, would have concluded that I either wasn't serious about the purchase or actually did not have the funds to wire. However, Pavlo as well as Glen Owen very patiently and without demonstrating to me any doubt that he and Glen believed either of those two very normal reactions, waited this out to ensure I obtained this high-end vehicle which was garnering much interest and offers by other customers. I feel inclined to also mention that in order to make this purchase possible, Pavlo keenly enlisted the participation of Glen Owen, the manager of the pre-owned vehicle department to offer me the best possible trade-in amount for my 2018 Genesis, as well as the sales manager, Danny Assi, to ensure I would obtain the best possible price. Both managers agreed upon a reduction in the price of this already competitively priced pristine vehicle. Further, both managers were extremely professional as well. Over the entire course of this protracted purchase which was entirely due to the wiring issue on my end, Pavlo and I continued a very positive dialogue via texting, emailing, and phone calls. He remained consistently very prompt and pleasant, while effectively orchestrating and assisting my personal financial advisor and money manager with facilitating this funding issue, as did Glen Owen, the Pre-Owned Manager and Kelly Hicks, the finance manager. In fact, Pavlo is waiting for me today to meet with me at the dealership and further invest more time and effort even three days post sale. He agreed to explain and demonstrate to this technological challenged dinosaur, while sitting with me in my new car, for probably the eighth time how to properly operate the various technological features of the main info panel screen in the center console. The bottom-line take away from this review is to let any other potential customers of Pavlo Palatsidis know that I would without hesitation refer any colleague, friend, family member, as well as client to Pavlo to purchase a high-end automobile, confidently knowing he will extend them the same exemplary professional and effective personal service.
