The worst customer service. Instead of telling me she could not find my appointment, the employee simply added us to the back of the line. I had an appointment for noon and sat in the waiting room for two hours. Turns out, they hadn't even started my software update; was told I was "next in line." Will not be back. Complete waste of time. More
