With that information, she attempts to structure the best possible deal for her customer. To illustrate how her priority is the best interest of the customer and not her self interest, years ago I was prepared to turn in my car and lease a new car. Nancy suggested to me that I extend my then current lease for a few months instead and lease a new car thereafter because she learned that Mercedes Benz Financial would be offering more attractive leases for me at that time. I followed her suggestion and it substantially worked to my advantage. In terms of service, my service consultant for the past 15 years has been Chris Izeman at the Dealership. He has come to know me well and always attempts to accommodate me. Chris is knowledgable and strives to deliver good quality service. He NEVER tries to sell you a service that is unnecesary.
